        They are brand new builds and very nice inside. We love the management team here as well. They are friendly, easy to get ahold of, and quick to fix any issues that arise. We also like the location of Alders Grove. It's a peaceful area. Far enough away from the crowds and busyness of the city, but still close enough to everything you need. Down town Jonesborough is just a few minutes down the road. And Johnson City is roughly 10-15 minutes away depending on what area you're heading to. Our family loves Alders Grove. We definitely recommend it!

        Brand new with more units in the works! Very nice apartment homes! Many units with single car, attached garage plus it's a single level! Some units have attached garage and are multi level. High ceilings, modern style, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to downtown Jonesborough. We are enjoying living here.
