Very pleased with the job completed by SERVPRO. Duct cleaning was performed and the difference is awesome! Cleaner smelling air and the HVAC system is looking like new. The two techs that did the job were friendly, answered all our questions and cleaned up after the job .

The team at ServPro was responsive from the minute I called to get a quote. Even when they had to reschedule because of weather, they made sure to contact me directly. They cleaned out our air conditioning ducts and showed us some of the gunk that came out of it and I was horrified. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. I will also be using them for other services, if needed.

Initially planning to leave a poor review, however after speaking with management (Tommy and Andrew) as well as Zach (owner), I believe we were able to reach a fair solution and am overall pleased with the service provided. Part of initial feelings were misunderstandings of scope of work promised/performed, and other parts were simple missed items, but I'm giving 5 stars because in the end I believe they did the right thing and were more concerned with their integrity and customer service, which means the world in the day and age we live in.
