Id give no stars if I could. Absolutely hate this company this is the second time I've waited over an hour to be picked up and now I'm afraid I may not even get picked up at 4. I was told they were on the way at 1:29 well called back at 2:49 and they said it will be another hour which will be about 3:49 just not okay to let people sit for hours waiting. Will never use them again.

Great cheap rides to my doctor and usually right on time, they had a new system installed and it's been difficult for the drivers but they're handling the stress well!

I have used this service, mainly for physical therapy and doctor appointments because I was unable to drive myself. The drivers are so courteous and helpful. Especially if you need help getting in and out of the van as I did. Yes, sometimes the wait can be a little more than people would like . But one needs to remember this is not a taxi service and they are trying to accommodate as many passengers as possible, in a low cost efficient manner. I will definitely use their service again.
