Timber!

Our experience was terrible . Food was not good , small bowl of Brussels, 2 fried green tomatoes. Tiny burger & ice cream $80 . Insane!

Timber is a unique and wonderful dining experience in the tri-cities. Our waitress was amazing, She was knowledgeable and offered suggestions. The food was incredible and so sumptuous while the atmosphere was cozy and inviting as something you might find in Europe. We can't wait to enjoy Timber! again.

Birthday Party at Timber! To start off, the service was great. Very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. We had 2 apps. Trout dip was great. Taste was similar to others we had tried over the years . I cannot recall the other. We had 5 entrees. The chicken sandwich was the winner of the night. It was massive, tasty and plentiful serving of fries. We had 2 of the burgers. Excellent basic burger. Nice soft brioche like bun, nice grilled burger, American cheese and a mayonnaise with Worcestershire sauce incorporated into it. And I believe some sweet sauted onions. And again their fries were great. Similar to a classic bbq or burger joints fries. If youre old enough, they are similar to the Apexs fries. Next entree was the hot honey chicken pieces. Nice flavor, crust was a little hard. Serving was mountain sized. Then the last entree was the Sunchoke entree. I cant recall the name. But it too was wonderful and full of flavor. Overall all an excellent evening of visiting with friends for a birthday party.
