We looked at several of their properties. The first few weren't great but they weren't horrible just in bad areas, pretty gross & run down. The last one literally had the windows boarded up. I wouldn't even let my kids get out of the car. I can't imagine that they would fix anything once you move in if they can't fix it beforehand.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of when you have a problem and need help and are beyond rude when they actually get back to you a week later. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, you will regret it. Just read their responses to all these customer reviews. Awful people who treat paying tenants with zero respect. They care about their money and nothing else.

I have rented apartments/houses from several different companies over the years and this was truly the worst experience I have ever had. They were extremely hard to get a hold of, and once you did you were brushed off. Took ages to get anything fixed that broke around the house. When we first moved in the previous tenants and left lot of trash in the backyard (broken tvs, old metal and pipes), which was there on the open house and we were assured would be removed prior to our move in date. After moving in we had to make several work notices over several months to finally get them to remove the trash. One of the outlets had an electrical fire so we shut off all the power, but we couldnt leave it off because it was the middle of winter. Called them several times over 3 hours with no response and had to call an electrician to come help so we could safely get the power back on. Several days later once they did respond to all the messages we sent they said if we ever hired out for help at the house again in the future we would be charged a fine of course no comment on the electrical fire or how we had to be without power before we could get ahold of someone. Renting from them was a miserable experience on every occasion we had to interact with the company. There is a reason their ratings are so poor online and if I could rate 0 stars I would. To respond to their review: this is whats called a username so no its not my actual name that would be in your system. Which was done on purpose since the company tends to do the illegal act of posting peoples credit scores online (which has been reported).The fact the company takes the time to so negatively respond with people who leave honest reviews says more than I ever could.
