On Monday 26, Ray came out to repair some pipes that had broken but when he showed up jonesborough had just cut the water off so he could not check and make sure what he had done would work. Unfortunately when jonesborough cut the water back on what he had repaired was still leaking. Called ray no answer so finally contacted him through text. He tried telling me it was probably leaking up or down stream from where he fixed it but we could see it was leaking right where he fixed it. He told me he was booked up to call another plumber and would not refund me my $350 dollars. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

We had a pipe burst at 9pm Christmas Eve. Water free flowing through the walls and light fixtures! Christmas day at a hotel and back Monday am
to call plumbers. No one could help for days. I called Ray at 3:30p and he answered. Gave us very little hope that he might get to us today..most likely tomorrow...but he would try.
At 630p Ray arrived at our home and quickly fixed our pipe! He was the best gift we received this Christmas!! I cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much! Services: Plumbing leak repair, Plumbing pipe repair

Ray started the job but would not return due to "having too much work". Left my wife and I in a bind. The next plumber had to remove a lot of the work they did. Sewer lines had leaks even though they said they did not.
Non professional, typical Tri-Cities tradesperson. Would not recommend. This is 100% truth no mater what they come back with. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
