Came in for a physical and drug screening. Appointment was at 9:30 and I came in at 9:15. Was not seen until an hour later and then waited another 15 minutes after the screening for a room to open up.

I have yet to have a good expirience here. Wait times are long and the place just feels very unprofessional. I know staff is busy, atleast thats what they say, but nothing about the check in process is seemless and easy. It all sucks

Being in healthcare myself, there are a few things you have to understand. Yes it takes time to get checked in and pulled back. However, they have to make sure no documents from the person before you are anywhere around or make sure they are facing down. You never know how many people are already in the back so sometimes it dont matter if it takes them an hour to check you in. They are a great place and reasonably priced on things that you have to pay for out of pocket.

The staff is so rude when answering the phone and they make you feel bad for calling about receiving care. I would not recommend this place. Kim you are so rude and need a new job if you are going to be that way.
