The Next Step Behavioral Health-Johnson City

Absolutely scam of a place. 3 different appointments spread out over the course of 2 months just for "paperwork" they literally did the same paperwork all 3 visits and also and " created a plan of care" twice, while doing nothing and ignoring our requests. Supposed to be 45 minute appointments, the last 2 lasted less than 15 minutes and consisted of nothing. But guess what got billed?! My insurance. Absolute scam.

3 visits, no real therapy provided just the same intake style questions on repeat. Very hard to find office, no labels or signs and no front receptionist on duty. It seems like a fake business for money laundering or something. I don't know how anyone could rate higher than 1 star. Must be employees doing fake reviews. My son's deserves real help. This place should be shut down for neglectful practices.

Windi Little is compared second to no one! She truly has a natural gift for helping. She will make you cry but she will also make you laugh, and she is able to help heal the whole time. I've actually learned a lot and am thankful to have met her!

I just completed my anger MGMT class with Joshua hyder and I loved it. I learned many things I didn't know about controling anger and frustration. The class instructor was very knowledgeable and polite. I recommend them to anyone who needs classes or services. Ty guys for helping me.
