Your service has become horrible over the last few years. I noticed you advertise Jim Odom's name and he has been deceased for over 15 years now! Quit riding on his good name, I was a friend of his for many years. Shame on you for doing something like that. Your service and ethics are questionable.

I would not recommend Tri-County Medical & Ostomy Supplies to anyone. Steer clear, as in far, far away. They always have some excuse, no matter what the issue may be. They will always place the blame on the customer. You never receive your supplies, and when and if you ever do, they are always late. They constantly complain about shipping costs, always wanting the customer to come to the business in order to pick them up. Most of the employees working there have no clue, whatsoever. Go find a DME company or supplier that places you, the customer, first. Please do not waste your hard-earned $$money$$, efforts and time dealing with this business. If it were possible, I would give this business zero stars, as a one star rating is too good for them. Do not use Tri-County Medical & Ostomy Supplies.
