The receptionist is very rude. Almost impossible to get her to call you back. The manager Kenny seems to have a vendetta against the working person. All he can talk about is how short staffed they are. He definitely does not care about the patient. Mike and Jill are great.

The phone reception is very difficult to even get an appointment. She would not even try to work with me for an appointment. I was told by the nurses because i was out of town and had a 3 hour drive , they would work with my schedule due to I had another appointment the same day. She would not answer the phone when ikept calling back. She told me she was going to hang up on me. The dr and nurses were very kind. Its sad that they have an employee that ruins the departments reputation. I cant even get my report from a test I had done
