As with many things in life, there is no someday. If you have hearing loss. get tested and get a hearing aid if you need it. And use Bill at Belltone Hearing Aid Center in Johnson City. I have had gradually increasing hearing loss for several years. It has progressed so slowly I barely noticed. It was my wife who convinced me to seek help after years of having her repeat things. After several weeks of research, I selected Belltone Hearing aids and scheduled an appointment. Bill patiently explained the process and how hearing aids worked. He is extremely knowledgeable and during our conversation described many of my symptoms, some of which I had not realized but were immediately confirmed by my wife. After the hearing test was completed, he patiently and thoroughly explained the result and explained further how this was impacting my hearing. After this, he carefully went over the options available that would meet my needs, comparing the features of each choice. I had made up my mind I was going to get a pair, so after I selected the model, he thoroughly went over costs to ensure the cost was acceptable and explained the features of the lifetime free support through Belltone. A follow up appoint one week later was scheduled for delivery. On that appointment, Bill went over in detail the features of my device and how to use and clean them. He inserted them in my ears and "fine-tuned" the programming to my needs. From start to finish Bill made me feel comfortable in his obviously competent hands.

i read all the reviews about bill, all were excellent except one, i do not know what happened there with that customer who was very dissatisfied but in my situation the service is excellent and i saw bill not once but several times. Therefore i recommend beltone and i do not think there is a better place to purchase your hearingaids/Liana pell
