Our family cant thank Elder Law ETN enough for the professional, thorough and caring staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them when it comes elderlaw. They are very knowledgeable of Medicare, Medicaid and long term care needs. Julie Price and her team walked with us through the entire process and were available when we had questions. We could not have done this on our own.

I serve families during one of the most difficult times in their life..the loss of a family member or loved one. Most are not prepared and depend heavily on us for guidance. However more and more people are making their wishes known and taking the time to put their preferences in writing. This is extremely important and I have served families who have entrusted Elder Law of East Tennessee to guide them through the personal and legal decisions that are so important. I know without a doubt when families have documentation prepared by this firm that they are well advised and prepared for any situation that may arise. Sometimes they dont realize just how well prepared they were until they absolutely needed it. I see Advanced Directives, Health Care Powers of Attorney and Wills etc. on a daily basis. By far their clients are the best informed and prepared during a most difficult time. On a professional level I must say that their expertise makes my job a little less strenuous as well.
