Bob and his team were great. They did exactly what they said theyd do for exactly the price he quoted and they started the job when he said they would and finished when he said he would. My husband wanted to get a full house generator for our home. I contacted Johnson city generators for the quote, in doing so I ended up speaking with Bob. I wish I could say he was kind. It was contrary from that point on I had all the contact go through my husband. I also inquired as to whether or not, they offer a military discount or law-enforcement discount as per Bob he does not give any discounts. However, Generac offers the discount. It is up to the store manager to offer a discount. It was the 4th of July weekend and Bob called to tell my husband that he couldnt get the code that was needed. And his boss wanted the job completed. We told him not to worry about it because it was the Fourth of July weekend that we would see him the following week Monday. Unfortunately, we did not see him or hear from him. Nothing until that Wednesday. There was no communication in regards to this. It is very disheartening.
