Really don't have a lot of clothing items that require dry cleaning, but having my down vest dry cleaned at Dry Clean City in Johnson City, made me wish that I wish I had more.
Friendly and courteous service at both drop off and pick up. The price was reasonable and the vest was ready for pick up hours earlier than expected. Even better and more convenient I was notified via Text - which was great because I was in the area.
I highly recommend Dry Clean City in Johnson City for any of your dry cleaning needs.

I would not take my clothes anywhere else. Have never once met a rude staff member. Clothes are always done perfectly. Its hot in there and these people are busy working hard. Anyone who thinks they are rude should go spend a few hours in there with them and see how chipper they feel. Service: Dry cleaning

Terrible service. The female worker told me that my service request was not possible. She barely wanted to even assist me, she did not speak to me, and was rude. If you're looking to use them, I do not recommend it, as your money would be more valuable at another dry cleaners. Nevertheless, I went to another service provider in town and was told that my request was doable, and would be ready by the time I needed it.
Edited to add: I asked for the wrinkles to be removed from a table cloth and for it to be ready by Friday evening. Just know the other service provider was able to complete my request and it's actually ready for pick up now!
