Dr. Jay over drugged my family member with chemo and he almost died. My brother chose to go to Nashville Tn to a group of oncologist that saved my brothers life. Dr. Jay did not come to the hospital one time during the 2 weeks my brother was is Franklin Woods. Please be careful!! Do your research please when choosing your oncologist.

Try calling at 4:30 and get a vmail saying I called after closing hours which is 5:00 PM-strike 3. Strike 1 was when they tried to charge $5K for a service to our daughter, which I thankfully asked before receiving the service as we left. Sadly, my husband got a service in 2022 he didn't inquire the cost of first but as he already got that service years before at another hospital for $100, he wouldn't have known. BHCC charged him $5K that our insurance company says is because they used the wrong claim code, that they should have used a preventative code. They will not answer our requests to fix this and now have sent the bill to collections. Avoid this place and all Ballad Health places like the plague

I would go to another facility immediately! I have lost months off of my life because of them keeping me as a patient knowing that theyre not capable of handling my case! All they want is insurance money coming in!
