        Spoke with the laziest sounding phone receptionist in my life. I thought they were falling asleep mid sentences and couldn't even carry on a normal conversation. Had to hang up.

        My husband and I wanted to wait a few months after installation to write a review on our shower replacement, and we definitely are extremely pleased with Bathfitter's product and their staff. From walking into their showroom (just before closing hours!) to having measurements taken and then installation done, each person has been courteous, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. VERY refreshing to see these qualities in any construction field today! Thank you, everyone at Bathfitter in Johnson City, TN! We highly recommend Johnson City, TN Bathfitter!
