      image Never use this place as a bank. The customer service is horrible and some training could be used . My best advice would be to take your business else where .

      After investigating the review, it appears that this person has never had a transaction with Elizabethton Federal Savings Bank. It seems that the review stems from a non-banking incident involving the parking lot. Please contact management at 423 543 5050 if you would like to discuss the matter.

      image Rude. Uncooperative. Mistrustful of newcomers. We have kept all of our accounts with our previous establishment in the city we moved from. Rather than work with these people, we refinanced our new home here through another bank out of town. All of our 401Ks, IRAs, everything, will never be transferred to these people.
