        How do we please The Rains Agency? We paid our bill early and somebody from the Crossville office commented about how early it was paid. Better than being late. They would have canceled our insurance if it had been late. Either way we turn wrong. We have been good customers for a lot of years. This after we got a reminder a week early when. It was due. We had the bill a month early yet I pay it early and they don't like that either.
