        I was very skeptical about using Jackson Hewitt, but after watching how Fabian Prescott ( office manager ) interacted with his client before me, it made me feel at ease. I’m glad I stayed for my appointment, because Fabian went the extra mile to help me with my difficult tax return. He stayed an hour after closing to ensure he had documented everything and successfully transmitted my return. I also was impressed that the owners of the business, also checked the accuracy of my return before it was submitted. Fabian stated it’s their policy to ensure all returns have an extra set of eyes before transmission. I highly recommend the Jackson Hewitt team.
