I had pretty significant nerve impingment in my hand and the neuropatic pain and numbness had quickly became unbearable. As a hospice and palliative care nurse, I have worked and also received care across the country. The reception and care that I received at this practice was one of my absolute best experiences. From the warm reception at the front desk, to the nurse, to the nurse practioner, and finally with Dr. Nord, I felt valued. I quickly trusted that I was in exceptional hands. Within 24 hours post surgery, my unbearable pain was gone, and I could open my hand. Things have only improved since. For me, it has been like a miracle. How fortunate we are, in our local community, to have Dr. Nord and his team.

I had carpal tunnel surgery on Friday and was back at work on Monday. Dr. Nord used ultrasound to find the ligament and to clip it. The procedure was done in the office, using a local to deaden my wrist and hand. From beginning to end it only took about 20minutes. I had one small incision at my wrist which was closed with a piece of tape. My results are amazing. I expect to regain full normal function in my hand.I would highly recommend Dr. Nord and this ultrasound carpal tunnel release surgery.
