I would give 0 stars if I could , starting off the staff was not upfront about cushioning numbers added to our balance as well as not communicating with us at all about what these numbers are. We went A month calling and emailing them without a response. They DO NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO NEW HOME BUYERS so dont expect to know what is going on . We went 3 months guessing on what would or would not happen. They are not punctual with anything a week before our ORIGINAL closing date they starting sending all paperwork that needed to be signed and basically blamed us for not getting us the paperwork in time . We had to extend our closing 3 times due to them not doing their job .

This is the worst mortgage company on the planet. My buyers are using this 'company'. It's been over two months and still no closing due to the inept staff at Preferred Plus Mortgage. Don't even think about using this sorry excuse for a company

They won't even return my calls. Seemed more willing to help me and my family when there was more then one person on the loan but once it became only me they wouldn't even return phone calls.

These are some of the most professional people I've ever worked with through the years. All the ladies are polite, knowledgeable, sharp, and diligent. We hit a few road bumps as often happens in mortgage application processes, yet they always found solutions and did so with finesse. I would recommend them to anyone with any circumstances because I firmly believe they can find financing solutions for any circumstances.
