I just spoke with probably the most rude front desk worker I have ever met in my entire life. I've never had someone make me feel so humiliated just for asking a question about Covid-19 testing. Don't go here.

So far my experience has been to say the least very disappointing. They did not listen to me about my disorders nor take any of it seriously. They also never even called in my medication as I was told personally they were doing it right that minute. I know what I need and I know my body. They took nothing I said seriously. They rescheduled with me 2 times before my first appointment and rescheduled as Im in the waiting area for telehealth. Whoever answers the phone is the most unprofessional person Ive ever heard. I really was hoping this was a good place and would truly help me. That was not the case. Im dissatisfied. Hopefully maybe they will turn some stuff around and actually help.

Made my father feel like dirt. He has cried for two days bc the doctor told him his parkinsins disease (which has been confirmed by other doctors) was all in his head. I will be contacting them tomorrow and letting every one know on every media outlet possible how my father was treated.
