Well where do I start on Tuesday January 30th I purchased my second vehicle from Serra I simply cannot say enough about the quality customer service that this dealership provides each and every customer.
I would like to thank Darlene Patrick because she was my first point of contact, I was secondly like to thank Jackson he put in all the hard work doing the paperwork making me laugh and keeping me entertained while I was waiting and last but certainly not least I want to thank Jonathan for making not only my first car purchased possible but pulling me through yet again on my second purchase.
Thank you to all the Sarah employees you are all great people wonderful customer service providers and just a very good image of the company.

UPDATE: Dealership is working with us to rectify the situation and offered their sincere apology for the inconvenience. Will restore original review once our vehicle is returned and proper service completed.
Editing Review until situation is rectified. Not even a week after purchase, mechanical issues have left us stranded at 3 separate instances. After waiting for hours in a wal-mart parking lot for a tow truck as my daughter's birthday ice cream melted in the trunk, and 4 days later, kia says the problem was just stored codes.
Tonight (3 days after getting it back), we couldn't leave the gas station as the vehicle would not release from the parked position while messages flashed across the dash regarding systems. Turned the car off and on a few times, resulting in being able to shift the car into drive, and was able to get myself and 2 daughters home.
Here we are 2 days before Christmas and plans to see our family who live out of town are now on hold as we can't take the family vehicle to see them. All of this has made it extremely difficult for my husband to get to work an hour away, while making sure I also have reliable transportation to get our son to his specialized appointments at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital each week.
We were assured the vehicle was "Kia Certified", yet we have been stranded by this vehicle, lost wages because of this vehicle, happy birthdays tarnished by this vehicle, missed Christmas with our family because of this vehicle, and at times, we've even been left without the vehicle at all.
Please make this right! We put our trust in you; show us that we made the right choice

I've been a customer of Serra of Jackson for years. I've bought my last 7-8 cars from Serra. I have never had the first issue. From sales and service to customer service I've always had a pleasant experience. I'm on my 2nd Kia Sportage. Awesome vehicle. I buy my vehicles at Serra and I take them there to be serviced. They are always quick, efficient and do a good job.
