My wife and I took our 4 month old daughter to your location on sunday Jan. 14 2020 because she had a terrible cough, conjestion, would not eat, and pulling at her ear. When we arrived there was not anyone to check us in because the receptionist did not come into work that morning. We gave our information to a very nice nurse and she took us back to a room. She checked my daughter for fever and weighed her. Then we was seen by Carmen Carroll, CPNP. She came in looked in my daughters ears,(said they were clear), listened to her chest, said she had a little conjestion, and called it basically sinus conjestion and drainage. She did not test my daughter for anything, flu, rsv, etc. She was in the room with us literally 3 minutes and left. Told us to saline her nose and follow up with our pediatrician if she wasn't better in a few days. She continued to get worst through the night and we did take her to our pediatrician this morning and as we suspected she has double ear infections but she also has RSV!!! RSV is serious in infants. Carmen had the worst bedside manner I have ever seen especially from someone in pediatrics. I understand people have bad days but when it comes to lively hood and wellness it is unacceptable to be lazy and careless.
