Kayla helped us with a builders risk policy and new home quote. She also helped my parents with their home and auto. Such a joy to work with. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. You're in great hands with her agency.

Pet feces right by counter ew. I can get front desk woman on the phone but the agent, Kayla is NEVER available which is why I say she is unprofessional and she waits days to get stuff done for me. not on top of it

I don't know what was going on with her. But she was to call me back with a quote for house insurance. They were high I guess. that's way she never called me back. Because of that. I had to call her back a week later. She told me then, I knew then they we're just to high and she didn't want to tell me that. Then she said she would try some other companies and she never call me back. So I went with another company that uses some of the same Company's Farmers Insurance uses. Got a good quote for $1300 a year. She seemed to be a nice lady. I guess she doesn't like telling people bad news. She needs to work on that. Because she could have offered me car insurance, life insurance. All I like, is to be treated like someone cares about my business. Then I usually end up working with them.
