I walk in to be seen and the rude front desk lady demands over $1000.00 to be seen. I had caught their error when they didn't bill my insurance and was trying to charge me the amount of a visit from 12 months ago. I pay my copay at every visit and this lady without any compassion tells me if I don't give her $200 she is refusing to check me in. I havent had a balance with this place in 12 months now they are telling me i have an amount due from every visit. This was the worst experience at a provider office. I'll never go back. They were wrong and the front desk lady was very mean about it.

Betsy is Excellent! She is so friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional! She makes me feel so comfortable and puts a smile on my face each visit, no matter how bad I'm feeling. Betsy Akin is the best NP. She listens, cares and is very efficient in seeing her patients. She is fantastic!
