my doctor overall is a great person. she's thoughtful and caring, but for the love of god, keep an appointment! my original appointment was supposed to be in November of 2023, and Dr. Miller has resechduled so many times that my appointment is now going to be in May of 2024. like come on now. i've been waiting for months for one singular appointment and cannot get it any time close to the day I call. the earliest they can do reschedule me is for 2 months out. like that cannot be possible. also, all of the receptionists I have talked to are either rude or cannot talk properly. they've caught an attitude because i'm sticking up for myself or they mumble so low I cannot hear them. I think i'm going to give up on going to my appointment at this point.

Leslie Carroll- I have never had a medical professional shut me down and insinuate that I am lying. Hurried me through and I felt like I was shoved out the door! She was rude and insulting. My wife was with me and, when Leslie Carroll left the exam room, I asked my wife if she felt the same way. My wife said I was about to give her a piece of my mind but she rushed out the door too quickly. I have issues that I do not know the root cause. I have been rushed through the examination process and had pills thrown my way through the years. I accepted it without truly knowing anything. This time, I need to know what is going on! She hustles me through just like all the rest all the while criticizing those that did the same thing in my past! I wish there was an alternative to West Tennessee Neuroscience in this area! Perhaps, I should drive to Memphis or Nashville and ditch this place!!

Dr. Taylor (neurosurgeon) was very, very rude and condescending. He was apathetic to my pain and neurological needs. It is a terrible shame he is allowed to be a surgeon on call for the ER.
