        Went in for first time this morning to have a bump on my nose looked at. Went back quickly. The young man that took me back , the little nurse , and the man I saw who took the bump off were so very nice and polite . Wonderful experience !! Except for charging me an extra $110 besides my $50 copay . Instead of billing insurance first. Insurance now says I only had to pay my $50 copay so they owe me $110 .

With regards to your medical benefits, so that you are aware of any charges that you may accrue during your appointment, we do check your benefits prior to your appointment. We recommend that you keep an eye out for your EOB as there are some insurance plans that cover all in office procedures. In this case, we are able to refund you same day that you receive your EOB.
