Made an appt because i needed an extraction & have had a terrible tooth ache over Christmas. After a hour drive we arrived 30 min early for paperwork. I am in a lot of pain & extremely anxious because of past dental experiences I was finally called in for x-rays & more x-rays 35 min after scheduled appt. Dr finally tells me I need an extraction. That's the only reason I was there. My previous dentist said to get this tooth extracted. I was then escorted to a desk. Where i was told i need to schedule an extraction for tomorrow, Friday because they were going to lunch & short staffed. When i explained the hour drive, my pain & the only reason i scheduled the appt. The gal at the desk just said she was sorry. Never asked the dentist just told me i needed to come back tomorrow but they would call me in pain meds since i'm already on antibiotics... went to pick my pain meds & not what i wanted at all. Pain meds were worthless! Another painful night... i doubled up on the pain meds & still no help. Not at all looking forward to tomorrow! UPDATED REVIEW! Today i went in 30 min early & they got me in within 3 min of me sitting down. Had me in a chair, numb & done before my actual appt time! Redeemed for yesterdays mess!
