I made an appointment online and it said it would pair me with a stylist best suited for my needs. I put in there this was for two childrens haircuts. I was paired with Lindsey. My three year old granddaughter had hair all the way down to her bottom and I asked for shoulder blade length. But I got above the shoulder! And its not even the same length! My 9 year old son just needed a fade and left a little longer on top to shape into a gentleman cut. His hair was all over the place! Where the trimmers were used you could see the indentations all the way around his head because the clippers werent held evenly! He had long hairs on the side of his face where it should have been short! The front of his hair was cut to his hairline! When I asked her to trim the side burns she had no clue what I was asking! This happened at the beginning of March but it has taken me this long to calm down about it enough to write a review.
