    I've been pleased with my experience at Family Allergy & Asthma. I've been doing the allergy shots about 2 years now and it has really helped me. The lady that does the shots is very sweet.

    Im pretty upset with the way that my appointments have been handled. My original appointment was late December, and I got a text a few weeks before my appointment saying they had to reschedule for late March. I called the office and a nice woman got me a different appointment for early December. This morning, the day before my appointment, I got a text saying my appointment had been rescheduled for June 2024. I called them and was told my mother called and said I was sick, so my appointment got cancelled. After expressing that there is no way possible that happened (my mother and grandmother are both deceased,) all I was told was that I could call everyday to see if anyone has canceled. Its really disheartening to get treated so carelessly when Ive been off all allergy medication and breaking out for an appointment that I wont even get to go to.

    The receptionist is very rude. Frida or however you want to spell it. Maybe some training on how to communicate with people would do her some good instead of her talking down to them. Shes literally turning people away from using your clinic because how rude she is. We were looking forward to coming there but we will take our money elsewhere.
