Highly recommend Erin Scarborough, she takes her time to listen and make sure she fills your every need. 100/10 my experience from drs visits to labor and delivery was just amazing.

I called today to make an appointment for a new patient. The woman that answered the phone had no personality and just seemed hateful. Before she made the appointment I told her I would go somewhere else and hung up the phone. Forget that!! I HATE the gynecologist appointments, and actually work for a gynecologist as a Medical Assistant. I need an office with kind people!

I had a appointment on August 18, 2021 to discuss preventative health and order a new IUD. I was told at that visit by the receptionist and then by the dr/PA that if I didnt have a physical exam, I would be charged a co-pay. This made me feel pressured to submit to an exam. I agreed to go ahead and have the physical exam, and by doing so, did not expect to receive a bill. The bill came in September, and I immediately called the office to discuss it. Now it is May, and I just got a collections notice. I have called the drs office directly and the billing office at least once per month and left messages, and no one has ever returned my call. Not replying to messages is completely unprofessional, and not doing so 9 straight months is unacceptable. I would not recommend going to this office. Its been such a hassle to deal with.
