I had a huge problem with a very dry rash on my left ear for over 2 years. It would actually weep at night when I was sleeping. I went to my primary and they said it was because my ear was blocked, and they wanted to drain it. I said ok, so drain they did, and they did until they finally gave up; and sent me home with a ear wax loosener, because they didn't think they got it all. Back and forth we went until I finally said its not working in fact my rash is getting worse. They sent me to another Doctor, and that doctor said confidently I know what that is. This doctor said take this antibiotic and it will clear up in a couple of days. Well I took it religiously for 2 weeks, and there was no change. I was through hoping they could help, so I had heard of Gold Bond healing and hydrating lotion with Aloe. I decided to try it. After a week and I could clearly see it was helping after 2 weeks it was totally cleared up, and now I can finally sleep better because my ear is not draining or hurting when I lay on that side. Thank you Gold Bond; I don't know what I would have done without you, I told the doctors about you and hopefully they'll think of this before they reach into their bag of tricks they learned in med school. I now refer to you as Dr. Gold Bond

The customer service that I received from Melinda McDaniel and her graphics team were nothing short of AMAZING. They worked patiently with us while we sorted out a design issue and they educated us, which allowed us to educate our customer. We can't thank them enough for being such a great partner during the process of us sorting out the art work. The are top notch!
