I had a stellar experience with this location. First, McKenzie went out of his way to reach out and help facilitate and be sure I had all questions answered. Then, Keith on site was a pleasure to work with- he treated me with such kindness and respect that went above and beyond, and he listened and rectified it with a smile on his face. I had an issue (no fault of anyones there) with the unit assigned and was reconsidering my decision of a unit, but my experience with Keith and his assistance to get me into the right unit was nothing short of a blessing. Not to mention, I rented it online bc I got a great deal, and was not treated any differently due to that. That has caused me to recommend Keith and this location to several people already. Much respect to the staff who make it great. Thank you!
