Bad Customer Service.... Short story: I contacted Mr. Shipley's office about an investment property My Wife and Myself were looking to purchase and told him specifically, I DO NOT WANT TO BE REPRESENTED BY AN AGENT, I was told okay, we'll have someone call you back shortly. A man called, stating his name was Mr. Aaron Shipley and asked me to set up a time, so we coordinated schedules and came up with a time to meet at the property. Right after we got off the phone I received a text asking if I needed an agent, I responded I do not need an agent. Another text followed with him asking me if I didn't like working with agents, I replied, Don't have a need to. Then I'm asked how I was purchasing the property, and the below text message pursued. NO one should have to receive this customer service, yes I called him an idiot, but I was beyond over this conversation and buddy wasn't getting the point. Calling me a DUMBASS, was infuriating, so I wanted to share with the general public exactly what happens to a potential customer who doesn't want to be represented at this company, even though they were the listing agent for said property. I hope no one has to endure this, and maybe this was a one time incident, however it needs to be known.
