This was a to go order. I called and specifically asked for my baked ziti to be well done or baked until top layer of cheese was burnt, brown and crispy. I used the words please burn it! They sent it to me without it even being barely baked. The cheese on top is not even warm or melted let alone being the burnt crispy top I called and asked for. So disappointing as these are not hard instructions. The dish is undercooked, barely warm and terrible. Will never order from them again! And they wont take it back/remake or refund ! Terrible restaurant!

We have eaten here before & enjoyed it but this time I don't know what the cook was thinking when my husband ordered spaghetti with meat sauce & 2 meatballs . I ordered lasagna, my granddaughter had spaghetti & meatball & a meatball sub . Our dish had sauce that was red , my husband spaghetti w/meat sauce that there was more hamburger on it than the noodles & his sauce was brown !!!! There was no RED sauce on it & I was wondering why he barely was eating till he had me taste it . It tasted like it was frozen , defrosted & where they got the brown sauce it was very nasty , did not taste anything Italian. We told the waitress & she had it removed off our bill but we did not have time for them to make something different, it should of never left the kitchen to be given to a customer. I wish I would of taken a picture of it to show how much hamburger (brown meat sauce) was on it & two meatballs that tasted just as I stated . Never seen anything like it . We weren't looking for a free meal, my husband was looking to enjoy a good spaghetti dinner like he has before when we have come there . My sauce for lasagna was red & my granddaughter spaghetti & meatball was red and it was great ! When we got there only a few tables it was not busy , ordered our food it was around 5:15 so why he was served that is beyond us . Next time at any place food comes out looking very different I will take picture to show .
