2 years ago I called and spoke with an agent for a quote, they never called me back. Today I called because a carrier with whom I currently have coverage listed Cook as an agent for them. June at Cook told me they didn't represent that carrier anymore and then just said, "good bye." No attempt to see if I'd like to move my business to a carrier they handled, no conversation, just "good bye."
If other reviewers are getting good service from June, good for them. As for me, at this point, you couldn't pay me to place my business with Cook, much less June! June was rude and unprofessional. And, based on my experience 2 years ago, there's clearly no follow thru within the agency. If I could give Cook a negative rating I would.

Best Agent I have ever had! June takes care of our home, rental property, flood insurance and vehicles. My husband and I brought a load of problems to her and she handled each one with professionalism and her personal concern. Great Lady!!
