        I have taken several pieces of antique furniture damaged/broken by a moving company to FC for repair recently. The work was done well and quickly, and they were easy to deal with. When I had a bathroom remodeled this summer, the people laying the tile had scratched the doors of my vanity. My contractor took the scratched doors to FC; they matched the stain and made the scratches disappear wonderfully.

        They picked up some pieces of a bedroom set to be repaired 3-4 months ago. I never heard anything after a couple of months, and was told "only about an hour left of work, and I'll schedule a time to bring it all back in the next couple of days." I never heard anything. Called 2 weeks later, was told the same thing. We keep calling, and they keep saying they are coming back to finish/bring the furniture back, but no action is ever taken. STAY AWAY. VERY POORLY MANAGED. At this point I'm not sure if I'll ever actually get my furniture back.

        Picked up an old sewing machine my family had dropped off to repair. Due to some confusion no wood work was done. And after looking at it no other work appeared to have been done. Looks like they paid $150 for 3 weeks storage. Dust hadn't even been disturbed
