This is the first review I’ve ever left of ANYTHING and a GAS STATION of all places is what compelled me to do it. That’s how bad this place is. It’s on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in the city and yet even at 5:00 rush hour, there is only usually one person behind the counter, with other employees standing beside the counter chatting, so there’s always a ridiculously long line. One day, I had waited probably seven minutes in line, the gentleman in front of me finally made it to the register and was in the middle of telling the cashier how much gas he wanted when she picked up her cell phone to call the other employee who was in the back office (completely interrupted the man) and said (very loudly), “Can you please come up here and work the register!?? I gotta have a cigarette before I kill somebody!!” Today I went in and waited in line only to be told at the counter that their card reader was down and it was cash only. There were no signs on the door. There was a small sign on the card reader that read, “Temporarily out of order,” but it was easily missed unless you have a habit of looking at the card reader while you’re waiting in line. I told the cashier they should put a sign on the door so they don’t waste people’s time and she looked at me like I was crazy. I always leave this place incredibly angry and shall never return after today.

Don't go to this store there coffee is never fresh. Plus the customer service reps are very rude to customers as well to there other co workers. Especially seleste. Management has no idea what's she's doing as well as what happens after she leaves for the day. There are drug deals going on as well as some of the employees smoking weed on the companies property. I know this because I worked there and say all this happening right in front on me.

The MAPCO Mart located at 1933 Hamill Rd Hixson Tn 37343 has basically stolen money from me ,they charged me for items they would not give me because it didn't show up in their system. Avoid this company at all costs, the staff is not well trained and their corporate line does not pick up. It's been 5 days sense the incident occurred and not a finger has been lifted to right their wrong.
