Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

1 salad. 1 5 piece chicken tender meal=$24 , that is an insane price for 2 meals one of which being a salad. The food was very tasty I will admit but won't be returning for quite some time unless it's paid for by someone else or I have a gift card. Sorry Zaxby's but I ain't got it like that!!

Drive thru is always pleasant when I come. And helpful even if I have to wait a little longer. The quality of food is always top notch. Great job guys.

Thought I would give this place one more try after and no so good previous experience. Not a good move on my part. The salad I ordered to go was a major failure! The fried chicken almost tasted stale, and was tough. The lettuce not only wilted, some pieces looked like they were actually rotten. Needless to say I threw it out! There will not be a third time!

Zaxby's in Hixson is definitely a hit or miss. I prefer not to go here unless it's when they first open, at the beginning of the day bc no one cares about their job its seems. Last year, 2023, every time I got food from here my order was wrong and with my lifestyle, I don't have time to be returning food, I actually asked for right the first time and I always kept receipts to make sure. Go at your own risk. I left my review a for ya *UPDATE ALERT FROM 3/24/2024* This was definitely one of my worst experiences with this Zaxby's. I'm not sure what they have going on but the chicken wasn't seasoned at all. It looked beer battered and it was bland AF
