        Patrick gave the worst customer service, I just left the store without anything. All I heard was what I could NOT do, and what he didn't LIKE to do on our family's share plan. I just wanted to buy a phone outright and go home, but he seemed determined not to sell me one.

        We have multiple lines, recently added 2 more to our plan. When our bill arrived it was much higher than we were quoted. The sales rep that helped us wasnt in the day that we stopped in so we were told he would look it over and get back to us the next day. He never got back to us, which is disappointing.

        We have been with Verizon for over 20 years to pay more than a car payment for our monthly. Due to them monopolizing the market, the costs to have a basic need is outrageous. They Nickel and dime you for any of their services and the guy we met with today was literally the rudest guy in new blance shoes Ive ever met.
