Tucker was VERY helpful and kind to me when my window would not go back up on my SUV after I rolled it down to get my air freshener from him. He is a very professional employee and makes me feel welcome when I visit the car wash. It is a pleasure to visit the car wash.

Went to take my wifes minivan for a wash and vacuum out the back. Shed brought home a bunch of very used creosote timbers out of an old retaining wall covered in dirt and moss! (To make into a compost bed.) Id changed from my work clothes into my vacuum-out-the-filthy-car clothes. Got there, took off the antenna (old car), and realized I hadnt switched my wallet to the grungy clothes. Said Id be back in ten minutes. Manager let me go through for free! Finished the job with their great vacuums (better than the new place closer to my home, but worth it to drive a little farther.) Then I managed to lock my keys in the car, along with my cell phone! And no one I called in my family would answer the phone because they didnt recognize the phone number (using a staffers phone)! The manager dispatched Sean, another staffer, to run me home and back just in time before they closed. Awesome service! Thanks, ModWash! They have a great playlist that booms out on big speakers (not too loud). Not the sort of thing I usually listen to, but fun to dry and vacuum to.
