The maintenance team installed our new dryer quickly and efficiently. They were kind, knowledgeable, and ensured everything worked perfectly before leaving. Excellent work!

I first want to say , that this is one of several nice luxury apartments in our City. We have several, and they are all competitive around the same price. It's just a matter of what you are willing to spend . It's also a matter of where you will like to reside inside or outside the city limits. Our Senic City is one of the most popular visitation city in the World . We are popular ! This area is popular as well. They are located about 8 miles from the of tourism. This is of course our Famous Tn. Aquarium. This Steeplechase Apt. Complex is located in the Hixson / Chattanooga Community. It is located across from Northgate Mall. This whole area has transformed into a very busy area . It has more nice apts around the mall. It also has nice restaurants, fitness centers , grocery stores, convient stores, hotels, movie theaters, and parks. This Review is about Steeplechase. Got it ! Looking for a clubhouse, swimming pool, grill, with picnic tables, dog friendly, and fitness center. They gotcha covered . I had a personal friend that leased here. I loved my visits here as well. Lastly, the area is just as safe as anywhere. Then you guys should be Safe anywhere you go. Shout-out to management, and staff for the maintenance upgrades over the years. They have been here a while, believe it or not ! Still, everything looks really nice. You will thank them . They will thank you as well. I love Chatt. Town Mr C.
