Lullwater at Big Ridge Apartments

I dont like to leave negative reviews and give businesses the benefit of the doubt and the chance to make it right. Besides the great maintenance team and the apartment layout, THIS is The worst apt community Ive lived in ever! And Ive moved a lot due to my job nature. They dont have assigned parking nor parking tags to identify residents vehicles so most of us had to park in the streets within the residency away from where we live. When residents complained, they thought that putting towing signs in the streets, which is the ONLY option residents have because the parking lot is too small, and towing residents cars is the solution. They still refuse to assign tags or parking lots to residents. We complained about dog owners not cleaning after their pets or leaving dog poop bags by the buildings because we dont have enough dog trash station, nothing. The emergency exit sign was hanging by one electric wire in front of our building stairs so I called and reported it. A week later, I went there in person twice to report it nothing. Etc When we finally put our 60 day notice to move out, the resident app services are turned off so we cant use them even we STILL live here and STILL paying rent If you want to have a parking nightmare, and EVERY concerns you have ignored, come live in this community.

Unfortunately things have changed. I had to park in front of the gate near the office at fitness side again, and walk with my purse etc. In the dark all the way to my apt., a long way. 5 other cars were parked at office as well. Danielle she was looking into cost of materials for hopeful reserved parking which never happened after waiting months and admitting an issue for a while now. Huge suv's parked in front of garages sideways... don't know how they get out or behind cars. Many cars sides of streets and right behind cars....do not know how they get out. Not one space all way up hill. Dog park takes up area to park there....crazy. I did get a garage, but my suv would barely fit in this one, and why should I have to pay 200 or more for larger possibly for me being resident to (unload groceries and keep eye on my new vehicle? ) Also, SAFETY walking that far. If other Apts. Have assigned parking for residents we should be capable. Who wants to live like this????? I have been nice as can. **Also, [valet garbage] leaks all down steps. I have complained that garbage should go on a tarp or something. It is nasty and leaves permanent spots in front of doors to streaks down stairs. On 3rd floor (looks and smells) awful!! I do not want bugs!!!! I was informed all residents have to use valet garbage pickup and I pay a separate fee, I guess to keep compactor going. I also was not informed (huge apartments) were being built in front of my patio. NOW, I can't see mountains or woods anymore. This all hurts my heart as I wanted to feel SAFE and Happy. ACTION IS KEY, NOT JUST WAITING AND WAITING. Thank you

Parking situation is beyond frustrating. Not ample parking Residents do not clean up after their dogs. Dog park is a cesspool. Stairwells are very dirty.
