Value Vet Hermitage

This is for all locations. The people at this location however are very nice. Value vet is by far affordable. They are no cheaper than most veterinarian clinics. Shots costed $185.00. if you are on a fixed income please go to pet community clinic. They are cheaper ran by funding and donations mainly. If you get food stamps or Medicaid/Medicare you get a discount. They are very busy but now they have a new location which allows for taking more patients. This is just for vaccines and neuter/spay. Sometimes it can take 6 weeks to get in the neuter and spay clinic but keep trying. The employees are all nice, knowledgeable, and actually care.

Called early in the morning to confirm when they closed. Got off work early to make it 2 hours before closing. They were already closed at 3pm. On a Thursday.

They don't even answer the phone and they're closed all the time. You have to drive the location to know if they're open because they don't update their website. They say it's hard to update the Google time, but they don't even change their own website. And good luck seeing an actual vet, they only let me see a vet tech. The owner of this business is so greedy. There are other places with similar prices that have better service.

No rhyme or reason to when theyre open or not. They told me to come in on a Friday to have my dogs stitches removed but when I came there was no one there. No phone answers at any locations either.
