Very clean, polite, and quiet place. Dan was awesome in addressing all of my car concerns! :) As someone who doesn't know much about cars, he was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Super quick service! Would definitely recommend stopping by for any car questions/ concerns you may have.

I had a 2 pm appt for tire rotation only. I was told at check in that 2 people called out and there were only 2 employees working. That I could leave if I liked. I stayed and waited 1-3/4 hours. The. counter employee was very nice. However, it was a long wait for my requested service.

I call tire discounters in Hermitage spoke with Danny asked him do they have availability to put a tire on for me this evening he said yes sooner u get here the better. I got there 5:50p they had me out at 6:30p thank you Jacob Friendly and great customer service!!!
