He is courteous, knowledgeable and very attentive to your needs. His office staff seem to have lost their great customer service. The audiologist dept are rude and didnt even come out telling me what problems my hearing aids where having. Just gave me a bill for $125. A receiver problem from the nurse. When I came in the were curt, filled my paperwork then called me back up and very quietly said I have a balance. I explained that I have ChampVa and if you accept it, you get what they pay and write off the rest. Ok. Well she says I MUST collect before you go in. I was irritated and then asked how much. She said this balance is from 2021. And its $1.74. Yes you read that right. I was flabbergasted gave her a $5 and laughed. Not one bill and not one notice before this and Im in there every year if not more. Not a happy camper. Also waited for Dr for 50 minutes without anyone coming in saying he was really busy, sorry for the wait.

It was easy getting in and out of the office. I felt super comfortable with Dr. Morgan explaining things in such a way that I could understand. Dr. Morgan, and his staff, are very friendly and professional.
