Great customer service, room was cleaned n satisfying.. Enjoyed my 2 night stay here 😌. Will be visiting again

Booked a room through hotwire. Called to confirm they received my reservation only to be told they had no reservation. Insisted they did and I had paid. Manager on duty set the phone down to do what sounded like argue with a woman in another language before coming back on the phone to confirm my reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel on the same day my husband was told he had no reservation and they were full. I called again got a different man who also put the phone down to do what sounded like argue with the same man and woman as earlier before they finally permitted my husband access to the room that had been previously paid for. When he finally got his key it didn't work and he and another customer had to go back to the desk and get another key before finally getting into their rooms. Very disorganized and very unprofessional. I have no doubt they would have taken our money and not given him a room if he'd left. Would NEVER recommend this establishment and will be following up with hotwire as well.
