I had front brake pads replaced. Tommy was great. He did a first rate job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I saw a NUBRAKES van in an apartment complex and was very much in need of MOBILE BRAKES SERVICES and approached the NUBRAKES van for assistance. Unbeknownst to me, a technician named Michael took it upon himself to give us his personal number and chose to charge us something unassociated with the actual NUBRAKES prices? Because of all this considered us a side job. He then took our money, messed up the job and refuses to return. My back left tire wont rotate after having my BRAKES worked on. He has convinced his company we were an agreed upon side job, and Im not sure this company even has rules against their technicians giving out their personal number in place of the company so please be aware your services might not even be coming from Nubrakes. The photos posted are the AFTER PHOTOS shared with me once I got a different technician to come take a look at the work that was done. No one warned me so I will warn you: PLEASE BE CAREFUL THERE MAY BE A SAFER BUSINESS TO USE.

NuBrakes is nothing short of a live saver. I first discovered them during the pandemic when I was very pregnant and hesitant about going out. They came to my home in Nashville and fixed my front brake pads. It was quick and easy, and they were very upfront and transparent about all costs entailed. I just used them again to replace my rear brake pads and rotors and I have only good things to say. I highly recommend NuBrakes for honest, easy-to-schedule, quality vehicle service and repairs.
