There is no parking after 6 pm and it is very strange because it is for residents and they should have ticket sales control. For example, they charge me for two parking spaces and I never get them and on top of that they have too many disabled people selling visitors and reserved and covered spaces occupying the space. 60% is too much for someone to live here and even less for the cost that is paid. I pay for 2 bedrooms and a bathroom $1652 plus 60 for a small fee, I don't care My contract includes no parking and that cost me $1,712 per month to not have the right to parking.

The Colonnade has had multiple car break ins and thefts. They refuse to notify residents of the danger. In fear people might not renew their leases if they tell. But it could also prevent future theft if residents know to be alert and on the look out. Your property is not safe at the Colonnade!!! Pretty soon it will be home invasions at this rate. And theyll probably do nothing about it. We need private armed security!!! What they dont realize is theyre creating a dangerous situation. When a home invader or car thief shoots somebody trying to stop them. Theyll have a way bigger problem on their hands when the news gets a hold of it and they cant hide it.

Worst place to stay. The parking sucks and you will even be booted as a resident. They take your tag numbers down and dont even take the time out to see if youre actually a resident. You are treated any kind of way. Management sucks they dont care about anything but money. They literally charge you to breathe over here. If you are not desperate and can find another place to stay please thank twice. This is a gated complex but your car will get broken into often over here as well. For the apartments to have cameras they never catch anything!

You have to pay $12 a night for guests to park at your own home. If theyre coming after six its two dollars an hour. You have to pay to have things delivered to your own home, late fees, if you dont pick them up after three days. When I texted someone about this, I was told that its the best possible way right now for the parking issue of other people who are not residence parking on, for the residence to put the cost of making that happen. This has been the worst experience that Ive ever had an apartment complex. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The booting is ridiculous. Whats even more ridiculous is how much you charge people to stay overnight per night in an average apartment complex. I understand the fee, but the price shouldnt be that high considering this isnt downtown Nashville parking.

Hello there, We understand the impact instances of crime can have, and it's disheartening for us to hear about crime occurring in our community. While we take measures to deter criminal activity, unfortunately, these measures can't guarantee the complete prevention, as crime can happen anywhere despite any precautions in place. We strongly encourage residents to report any suspicious activities or individuals immediately to the local authorities. This proactive step helps the authorities take swift action, ensuring each matter receives the necessary attention and resolution. Thank you for taking the time to share your insights with us and we invite you to reach out to the onsite team with any questions or concerns you have. Kind Regards, Callie, [email protected]

Briannia,We are saddened to hear that you have not had a positive experience in our community. Cars are subject to tow/boot when they are blocking personal garages, blocking other residents from entering or exiting their parking spaces, have expired registrations/plates, or do not have a valid and visible permit. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, your car was booted in accordance with our parking policies. Sadly, crime can occur in any community. Though we may provide deterrents, they are not a guarantee to prevent crime or to reduce the risk of crime on the property. Local PD will be your preferred resource should you experience any criminal or suspicious activity. We apologize for the dissatisfaction and appreciate your feedback.Kind Regards,Madison

Alannah,We are sorry to hear that you have been dissatisfied with our visitor parking policies. Due to the size of the community and the amount of space dedicated to parking on-site, we do require guests to register and pay to park their vehicles. Our guest parking procedures enable us to manage the parking area more effectively, discourage unauthorized or abandoned vehicles from occupying spaces, and ultimately enhance the overall parking experience for our valued residents. Visitors have the option to either pay $2/hour or $12 for overnight parking. We acknowledge that this policy may not align with everyone's preferences; however, we assure you that our primary goal is to maintain fairness and prioritize the parking needs of our residents. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.Kind Regards,Madison
